JAMMU, July 9: BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar today said that BJP is committed for overall development of Jammu and Kashmir and Jammu in particular.
While inaugurating various development works in Marh block of Jammu region, the MLC said that the previous Governments ignored the downtrodden areas because of which there is lot of underdevelopment in these areas and localities.
He said that as Jammu region has overwhelmingly voted for BJP, party is committed for making every effort to make Jammu as one of the most developed and prospering destination.
Ambardar inaugurated the development work executed at Kailsh Vihar for which he had provided the funds from his CDF. He also inaugurated various newly constructed lanes and drains in Panchyat Trilokpur, the work of which had been executed by Rural Development department.
The MLC was accompanied by Director, Rural Development, Jammu, ML Raina and other officials of RDD which include BDO Marh, Ranjeet Singh and his team.
