BJP committed to uplift JMC infrastructure: Sanjay Baru

JAMMU, May 10: BJP Urban Local Bodies Cell Incharge and JMC Councillor Sanjay Kumar Baru today conducted tour of Anand Nagar lanes to inspect the ongoing development works in his ward number 41. He also listened the grievances of the local residents.
While speaking on the occasion Sanjay Kumar Baru said that Bharatiya Janata Party led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working for strengthening the governance in Jammu and Kashmir (UT) and is committed to uplift the infrastructure at grassroot institutions.
He said the recently administrative approvals of reorganization of JMC and Solid Waste Management plant at Bandurakh by Administrative Council headed by LG Manoj Sinha shows commitment of our dynamic leadership towards the JK (UT).
Baru said that the reorganization of JMC will lead to the increase in the desired manpower to redress the issues of masses well in time. He said that now the JMC will be more empowered to solve the public grievances according to their wishes.
He said that the issues related to the promotions of the employees working in the JMC will be resolved. He said that the funding of the JMC will be increased now which will lead to the improved functioning of the Corporation and its services.
He said that the Solid Waste management plant at Bandurakh has been given the administrative approval which will improve the doorstep collection of garbage along with its proper disposal and utilization.
Baru appealed to the residents of J&K to ensure the successful and complete door to door collection of the waste for a better city.
