BJP, Cong neglected burning issues of Jammu East: Gupta

JAMMU, Sept 20: BSP general secretary J&K and Jammu East candidate here today sought support from the people of all sections of the society and promised development and employment to the youth.
While campaigning door-to-door at Christians Colony and Dalpatiyan Mohalla, Gupta said, “These elections have become a ray of hope for the people neglected in all retards as BJP, Congress and other parties remained busy in playing blame games and never bothered to touch the actual public problems in Jammu East.”
He said that even the areas having Smart Meters face unscheduled power cuts while there is no smart drainage system in the city.
“Jammu was always discriminated during the regime of BJP, Congress and other parties and this time Jammu East needs a change,” the BSP leader maintained adding, “The issue of underdevelopment, poor infrastructure, improvement in medical care system and other problems remained for long in the constituency and now the time has come to resolve all such issues.”
