JAMMU, Oct 30: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today asked ruling platform of Bharatiya Janata Party to stop resorting to eye wash tactics by framing committees and befooling employees and instead take concrete steps for redressal of grievances of employees who have been cornered and left on the mercy of God.
In a press statement, the AAP said that daily wagers of different Government departments as well as Rehbr-e-Khel (ReK) and Rehbr e Sehat (ReS) employees are on protest since long and pressing hard for redressal of their grievances.
“Employees are demanding redressal of their genuine grievances and they are doing nothing wrong by demanding proper salary, a good job policy with secure future and professional growth avenues,” said AAP.
It further mentioned callous approach of Jammu and Kashmir LG Administration towards plight of employees as not even a single representative of Government bothered to meet the employees on protest.
AAP further took a dig at Bharatiya Janata Party as it is sitting on ruling platform and can take decisions for redressal of employees’ grievances but instead of doing it BJP is resorting to tactics of framing committees which is nothing more than an eye washing policy.
“BJP is making committees only for befooling employees with no other fun,” AAP stated. It said that Rehbr-e-Khel, Rehbr e Janglatand daily wagers are working with dedication and instead of solving their grievances, BJP is framing committees which is a time killing tactic.
