UDHAMPUR, July 5: A delegation of BJP leaders led by party’s UT president, Pawan Khajuria and district president, Arun Gupta called on District Development Commissioner, Sachin Vaishya and apprised him of various problems being faced by people of Udhampur.
The delegation discussed sanitation issue of Udhampur town, water scarcity, power cuts being faced by the people, the door to door collection of garbage and sewerage renovation was discussed, regulation of traffic on National Highway and construction of bridge was discussed.
The services of District Hospital were also discussed. The issues of people being faced by Udhampur, Ramnagar and Chenani. The promotion of tourism in district was discussed and stress was made in giving special attention in development of tourist spots in the district.
