BJP delegation led by Sunil Sharma meets CS

JAMMU, Jan 3: A delegation of BJP led by party general secretary and former Minister, Sunil Sharma called on Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam here and highlighted various issues relating to Kishtwar district before him.
The other members of the delegation included president BJP district Dachan, Pardeep Singh, vice president of the district, Ravi Kumar Thakur, senior party leader, O P Parihar and Bansi Lal Bhagat.
The delegation demanded that Hudmata and Trisandiya shrine of Dachan be brought on tourism map of India to explore this holy shrine for pilgrims across the country.
It also demanded separate education zone and Degree College for Dachan. The delegation said that 58 posts in Youth and Sports are lying vacant in District and there are only 43 candidates but they too have not been appointed till date.
It also demanded that local youth be given employment in Paccal Dool Hydro Electric Project as there is lot of unemployment in the Kishtwar and other hilly areas of erstwhile Doda district where the job avenues are also very less.
The Chief Secretary assured the delegation that their issues will be looked into.
