JAMMU, Sept 29: BJP doesn’t know how to do politics without lying or cheating and it had done nothing for the people in Jammu, in past 10 years.
This was stated by Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Contesting Candidate for Jammu East constituency, Rajesh Gupta here today.
Addressing a public gathering, Gupta said, “As usual, the BJP is resorting to lies. They are desperate to silence me because they cannot stand the truth. But I will always speak up for the values that define Jammu, our unity in diversity, equality and love.”
“PM Narendra Modi’s Jammu visit was full of false promises and lollypops. PM Modi is a habitual ‘Jhumla maker’, we don’t take him seriously. PM and his party leaders are fooling the innocent people of Jammu,” he said and added “For too long, the BJP has taken our people for granted, making false promises and backstabbing us at every turn. They downgraded our prestigious Dogra State to a Union Territory.”
“The general public, including traders, businessmen, farmers, unemployed, families of the martyrs, border residents besides daily wagers, casual workers, contractual lecturers, among others were bearing the brunt of discrimination by BJP in all spheres,” he added.
