JAMMU, Mar 27: BJP today filed formal complaint to Election Commission of India against the Congress candidate for Udhampur-Kathua-Doda Parliamentary Constituency, Ghulam Nabi Azad alleging that he had manipulated information about his property details in the affidavit, Form No. 26, submitted by him along with his nomination form to the Returning Officer.
