SRINAGAR, Nov 29: Ashok Koul, BJP general secretary (Org) chaired a meeting of party’s OBC Morcha office bearers at party Headquarter, here, today.
Sajad Hussain, vice president, BJP OBC Morcha JK-UT and all district office bearers of the Morcha were present in the meeting.
Ashok Koul held discussion about the various issues of OBCs in JK-UT and assured the Morcha leaders that all issues will be resolved as early as possible. They also held discussions about the preparations for upcoming Assembly elections in the UT.
While addressing, Ashok Koul appreciated the working of BJP OBC Morcha across Jammu Kashmir and said Morcha is doing a commendable job and urged its activists to further intensify their activities.
He said all problems of OBCs regarding reservation and certificates have already been submitted to party High Command and all issues will be resolved as early as possible. He said party is fully aware about the issues of OBCs in JK UT.
He urged the OBC Morcha to organize door to door public interaction programs and reach more people and brief them about schemes and developmental works which were executed at UT level or those which are under construction.
He, while discussing about the role of Morcha in coming elections, said it will be assigned an important assignment very soon.
Braham Jyot chief of the Morcha complimented Ashok Koul for valuable guidance and support and said OBC Morcha is ready for any tasks and will do its best to come to the expectations of the people and party higher ups.
He said OBC Morcha is dedicated to public and will continue to work for the well being of society.
