JAMMU, Mar 11: Former MP (Rajya Sabha), Shamsher Singh Manhas chaired BJP meetings of Shakti Kendra and Booth Sammelans at Khour and Pallanwala in Chamb Assembly constituency under “Vidhan Sabha Pravas” programmes.
Shamsher Singh Manhas, addressing the party leaders, stressed that the team coordination is necessary for winning upcoming elections. He said that BJP under the leadership of PM, Narendra Modi has fulfilled the aspirations of common man by launching several schemes in the country and people are getting benefits from the same to great extent.
He expressed confidence that the BJP will surely win more seats than 2019 and form Government again.
Meanwhile Aseem Gupta, vice-president J&K BJP, while interacting with the prominent activists of Akhnoor constituency under the Pravas programme, sought detailed reporting of preparations from block presidents, Shakti Kendra Pramukhs and Booth Pramukhs of all three blocks of Akhnoor Assembly constituency.
Vikas Choudhary, secretary J&K BJP, chaired a meeting in Chowki Chowra and asked the party cadre to further gear up the preparations for the poll campaign in upcoming elections.
Rajeev Sharma, former MLA & district president chaired similar meeting at Maira Mandrian along with Inderjit Sharma. He asked the party activists to work with zeal and passion to strengthen the party and to confirm the win of BJP candidates in coming elections. Dr Krishan Lal, former MLA, while sharing his views, said “We are in election mode and there is no opposition party visible on the ground”.
Ch. Vikram Randhawa, former MLC, along with Gopal Mahajan, district president, Kathua chaired a meeting at Hiranagar. He asked the local party cadre to concentrate on strengthening Booth as it is the basic unit of polling in elections and “Booth Jeeta, Chunav Jeeta” mantra need to be kept in mind..
ManMohan Singh chaired a meeting in Kharra Balli in this regard and shared his views on achieving the support of the people.
