KISHTWAR, Dec 29: Continuing with Party’s ongoing “Sushasan Vikas Sankalp Rallies” at district and constituency level, a massive public rally was held at Chatroo town of Inderwal Assembly Constituency in Kishtwar district. A large number of people from entire length and breadth of Inderwal attended this rally.
Minister of State, R&B, Sunil Sharma, BJP State general secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul, distt president Rajinder Singh were the main speakers on the occasion.
Sunil Sharma, in his address, said that the BJP candidates had registered victory in Kishtwar, Doda, Bhaderwah Assembly constituencies for the first time which was due to the firm resolve of the voters to teach a lesson to Congress and NC, which always took them for granted and did nothing for their welfare and development of their areas.
“BJP had gone to the people with the promise of good governance, development and corruption free administration and we are working towards fulfilling our poll promises”, said Sunil adding that the State is now having a transparent and accountable coalition Government.
Ashok Koul, while addressing the rally, said that the BJP is heading the Government at the Centre and in the State it is in coalition with the PDP and the people are themselves witness to the fact that various schemes have been launched for the common people. Mega projects to provide better road and rail connectivity have been taken into hand with tourism, health, education sectors getting utmost attention in the State.
“For the first time a huge package of over Rs 80 thousand crore has been gifted to this State, interests and needs of all sections, all regions and all classes have been taken care of in the funds sanctioned by the Centre”, Koul said further adding that the coalition is treating all regions equal and there is no discrimination in matters related to development and sanctioning of prestigious projects. He asked the district and Mandal Presidents to reach the masses with the achievements of Modi led NDA and PDP-BJP coalition Governments as it will be the real reply to the opposition parties which have nothing to claim and have unleashed a false propaganda against coalition.
This rally was also addressed by distt president Rajinder Singh, party leaders Tariq Keen and Anil Parihar, Mandal presidents Shambhu Nath and Sanjay Kumar.
