BJP holds meet at Doda

DODA, Nov 29: Bharatiya Janata Parety (BJP) held a meeting of erstwhile Doda district here, today which was presided over by BJP general secretary (Org) Ashok Koul.
Addressing the party workers, Ashok Koul laid stress on organisational matters and urged the partymen to work with more dedication and discipline to strength the party at grass root level.
He said that Partymen should work with more dedication from booth and Mandal level and gear up for the Panchayat elections which can be announced at any time now.
Moreover the partymen should actively participate in raising the corpus fund for the party.
Minister of State with Independent charge of Transport, Sunil Sharma also spoke on the occasion and highlighted the achievements of Coalition Government in the State and BJP Government led by Narendra Modi at Centre.
He urged the party activists to go to the length and breadth of the entire area and highlight the achievements of the Government and also seek the feed back from masses which is essence of democracy.
In his presidential address was given by the president BJP district  Doda Mandeep Razdhan who gave a complete feed back of organizational matters in the district. He said both the MLAs of the district are working upto the utmost satisfaction of the people. He also highlighted the developmental works which had been undertaken by BJP-PDP Government in this hilly region which remained neglected for decades tighter.
President BJP unit Kishtwar, Akshay Sharma and BJP unit Ramban,  Romesh Sharma also spoke on the occasion. Bipan Sharma, organising  general secretary conducted the proceedings.
