BJP holds review meeting for BDC elections

JAMMU, Oct 15: Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, led by its State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul held a review meeting for the smooth and successful conduct of Block Development Committee (BDC) elections in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.
State General Secretaries Dr. Narinder Singh and Yudhvir Sethi, Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Chander Mohan Gupta and other senior party leaders participated in the meeting.
Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting, said that presently them are proud members of the only National party that is enjoying the full support of the masses and this can be clearly attributed to the high virtues displayed by the party activists from the senior-most level to the ground level. He said that their National leadership led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has once again taken a step forward for the development by facilitating BDC elections giving full powers to the Panchayati Raj system. Now, it is our responsibility to take this chore to the successful finish in style, he said and appealed to all the voters to cast their vote in support of BJP candidates for developing their areas with full power.
Dr. Narinder Singh, in his address, said that all the senior leaders of the party present in the meeting, will cover all the regions during their Pravas and personally make sure that no voter for these elections is left behind. He said that going by the feedbacks received from the ground level, we are pretty sure that we are sweeping the polls enjoying full support by all the stake holders. He further appealed to all the party senior leaders and activists to work dedicatedly for ensuring the win of candidates contesting BDC elections on party mandate.
Yudhvir Sethi, in his address, said that all other senior leaders of the party will also be alloted different regions for ensuring the successful conduct of these elections. He said that under the Chairmen and the team members of BDC, all development work will be done diligently in the respective areas, and as such these elections will further our organization’s mission of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas”.
Chander Mohan Gupta, in his address, said that the party observes that these elections will further enable BDCs to develop their respective areas with improved efficiency.
