BANI, June 19: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held a Sanyukt Morcha Sammelan in Bani, which was chaired by party vice-president, Aseem Gupta.
The programme was held under the leadership of district president Darshan Singh Thakkar and was attended by ex MLA Jeevan Lal, district office bearers, Mandal presidents, Morcha presidents and Morcha activists along with other senior leaders of Bani.
While addressing the Sammelan, Aseem Gupta highlighted the contribution of different Morchas of the party, prominently among them SC, ST, OBCs, Minority, Mahila, Yuva, Kissan in strengthening the organization in the entire length and breadth of the Union Territory of J&K. He said that the BJP has constituted Morchas as the party is of the view that all the sections of the society are important and their role is of paramount importance. He said that all these Morchas are working dedicatedly to take the programmes and policies of the party in their respective societies, which is indeed a great contribution.
The Morchas are indeed strength of the BJP and the party stands for the welfare of every section while working on the principles “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwaas”.
Jeevan Lal, in his address spoke on the working of Morchas in Bani and said that each one of them is doing great job as a result the BJP has emerged as a strong force. He expressed hope that the Morchas will continue to work for party’s growth.
Darshan Singh Thakkar provided the overall view of the working of various Morchas in the area.
