JAMMU, Mar 26: NPP zonal president, Neeraj Gupta has expressed his concern over the attitude of neglect of the sitting MLAs of BJP.
In a press statement here today, Gupta said that the BJP has totally ignored Jammu region for the sake of its lust for power. All the promises had been kept in cold storage and all assurances have proved to be fake and false. No policy for employment either announced or discussed at any level.
However, they never forget to announce rehabilitation schemes and ex-gratia relief for stone pelters and those connected with militancy. Especially, the constituency of Jammu West is totally neglected by its sitting MLA, Sat Sharma. Almost three years of his tenure as a MLA has passed, but till date no sign of development is visible in this constituency.
The traffic problem stands as it was in the past, un-employment still exists with increase in number of youth besides drug mafia is flourishing in Jammu and various projects of Jammu’s beauty have been abandoned. He demanded that new fly overs in Jammu west be constructed without any delay to control traffic problem.
