JAMMU, Feb 17: BJP senior leader and former MLA, Ashwani Sharma, during his weekly sitting at party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, listened to the grievances of a large number of people in the public darbar today.
Ashwani Sharma also interacted with many of the people who had visited the party headquarter to seek help in resolving their problems.
Ashwani Sharma said that the BJP is not only a political party but a mission to serve the nation and its people. It has a committed cadre, always available in the ground, reaching the doorsteps of the people and helping them in many ways. He said that the Narendra Modi Government, during the last about ten years, has launched large number of welfare schemes for the socio-economic upliftment of the different sections of the society, besides initiating numerous mega projects of development in various sectors.
Ashwani Sharma further said that the ten years rule of Modi Government has been splendid. The Government took care of all sections and regions in its schemes, programmes and policies and people, cutting across their faith, gender, region, has appreciated the good governance model of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. He asked the people to support BJP in the upcoming elections of Lok Sabha and return Modi as Prime Minister for third consecutive term.
BJP media team member, Sanjay Bakshi accompanied Ashwani Sharma who took public issues with the senior officials of different departments.
In the public darbar, the people raised their problems related to repair of damaged house, ownership rights to farmers, permission for construction in government allotted land, replacement of fused street lights, up gradation of the transformer, black topping of connecting road etc. They had, all along came from Nowshera, Sumbal (Kashmir), Bishnah, Kupwara, Nai Basti, Ban Talab, Nagrota, Vijaypur and other areas.
