JAMMU, Sept 7: State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Disciplinary Committee after taking into consideration the defamatory and unfounded allegations against party and personal derogatory remarks against its State president by Rajesh Gupta, S/o P. L.Gupta of Dogra Hall Jammu, who in past also has made statements against party discipline in public, contrary to stand of party on Issue of National importance like Article 35 A, have decided to issue show cause notice to him on prima facie proof of indiscipline and derogatory behaviour by him .
The party in a handout issued here, today has asked him to appear before Committee with all proof or evidence as he may like to produce as to why he should not be expelled from party for gross indiscipline on September 14 at 3 pm at party Headquarters, Shyama Prasad Mookherjee Bhawan Trikuta Nagar Jammu.
