BJP KDD holds protest against burning of temple at Lagama

JAMMU, Apr 2: BJP Kashmir Displaced District held a protest rally at Kachi Chawni here against the recent burning of a temple at Village Lagama, Uri in Baramulla.
The rally which marched from BJP Office to Kachi Chawni Chowk was led by MLC, Ajay Bharti, wherein the protesters burnt the effigy of Pakistan.
Addressing the protesters, Mr Bharti demanded immediate passing of the temples and shrines bill by J&K Legislative Assembly and warned the separatists and those who rejected the co-existence that their designs will never be fulfilled.
Chand Ji Bhat, President BJP J&K KDD said that immediately those persons who attacked the temple at village Lagama should be arrested and the money stolen should be recovered.
Prominent among others who attended the rally were Ravinder Raina, tn Bhat, Vijay Raina, Raskin Bhat, Makhan Lal Bhat, Rahul Koul, Vimal Ji, Rakesh Koul, Subhash Gadoo, Rajinder Maam, PL Pandita, Sanjay Bhat and Sanjay Koul.
