JAMMU, Sept 19: Er. Ramesh Chander Mahajan, State secretary, BJP, Health and Medical Cell today called on Director Health Services, Jammu, Dr Sameer Mattoo and apprised him of the genuine problems of the masses who are reeling under pathetic conditions from several years.
He informed Dr Mattoo that 40 bedded Hospital at Jagti was recently declared by State Administrative Council (SAC) as District Hospital Jagti, Nagrota but unfortunately no attention has been paid later on in this regard as the Hospital is not equipped with basic facilities like ambulances, adequate medicine supplies, oxygen cylinders, blood bank, surgical emergency facilities etc.
He also informed the Director that the infrastructure of the Hospital is totally paralysed and there is also no proper staff.
