SRINAGAR, Mar 19: Senior Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Muhammad Anwar Khan distributed relief material including solar lights among 27 families whose houses were collapsed and damaged after earth had caved-in at North Kashmir’s Laridoora Village of Baramulla district this week.
Khan distributed necessary food items, blankets, solar lights and other items among the affected families who have been rendered homeless.
On the occasion, he assured people that he will take up their issue of rehabilitation with the State and Central Government in Jammu and Delhi respectively.
He also assured them that every possible effort would be made to provide land plots to the affected families so that they can live without any fear.
Meanwhile, Khan also visited Frasthar and Khwaja Bagh and distributed food kits, solar items and other relief material among the families whose houses were damaged due to landslide.
