SAMBA, June 7: BJP working committee member, Arun Sharma today highlighted the Modi Government (2.0) achievements in a meeting with Sarpanches and Panches at Purmandal.
The meeting was attended by BJP Mandal president Girdhari Lal, Sarpanch Anil Kumar and Panches including Ganga Ram, Shakti Singh, Madan Lal, Deepak Singh, Parshotam Singh, Avtar Krishan and Vicky in which they highlighted the problems being faced by locals.
While addressing the meeting, Sharma announced that the BJP is going to hold virtual rallies on June 14 to highlight the achievements of Modi Government (2.0) including abrogation of Article 370, triple talaq, construction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya and others.
He appealed the party workers to participate in the upcoming rallies at Booth, Mandal and District level along with general masses of the areas.
Sarpanches and Panches have raised the issue of scarcity of potable water, irregular power supply and others before the BJP leader during the meeting and they assured them that their problems would be highlighted with the department concerned on priority.
