JAMMU, Sept 13: Jammu Warriors Front (JWF) chief, Rajesh Gupta today said that BJP has lost its political ground and relevance in J&K due to its anti-people policies.
In a handout he said: “BJP has failed to address genuine issues of people from Jammu region in the absence of an elected government and to divert the attention of people senior BJP leaders like Kavinder Gupta are giving controversial statements.”
The JWF leader said that inflation, increasing unemployment, problems of farmers and border dwellers has made the situation in J&K worse.
“The Government should revisit the decision of installing smart meters,” he maintained claiming that new land laws and post-August 5 amendments in J&K were human rights violation.
Gupta said that with every new law that the Union Government has implemented in J&K, resentment among the people of Jammu has increased.
