KARGIL, May 12: BJP Mahila Morcha unit of Kargil district today organized a public meeting during which BJP leaders sought vote for Party’s parliamentary candidate from Ladakh, Tashi Gyalson.
The meeting was organized under the chairmanship of BJP Kargil District Mahila Morcha president Advocate Zareena Bano, District Leh Mahila Morcha president Tsewang Dolma Jingser, Councillor LAHDC Leh Dr Yangchan Dolma and BJP UT office bearers.
Senior BJP leader and former MLC of J&K Vikram Randhawa and District president Kargil Ali Chandan also attended the meeting during which they apprised the gathering of men and women regarding policies of BJP and the public welfare schemes launched by the BJP led Government in the Centre.
They asked the people to vote overwhelmingly on May 20 in favour of BJP candidate Tashi Gyalson to strengthen the hands of Modi. “A vote in favour of BJP candidate will strengthen the nation while vote in favour of wrong candidate may push the country to uncertainty and unrest,” the BJP leaders added.
