JAMMU, Feb 21: Former Minister, Sat Sharma (CA) along with corporator Ward 37, Sunita Gupta started developmental works here at Janipur Colony area today.
Mandal president, Raveesh Mengi and several others including local residents and political activists of the area were also present.
The works will be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 15 lakh under the supervision of the PWD and a proper drainage system will be built to overcome problems of public.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that opposition parties who never bothered about the development of J&K are now talking about a false vision to lure public but the public has understood their negative mindset and people believe in the pro public policies of Narendra Modi led Central Government which is the only alternate to overpower these anti national elements who destroyed the harmony and brotherhood amongst people of J&K, he added.
Sharma also stated that even youth of J&K have been highly benefited through various schemes and programs of the Government and more investments in UT from major business players will help in ending the problem of unemployment from UT.
Sunita said that development is the only agenda of BJP and its representatives. She said that works worth crores of Rupees were spent on development of the Ward which has solved many problems of the masses.
She also talked about the upcoming developmental works to be taken up in the Ward .
Raveesh highlighted the works done by former MLA West and claimed that constituency is amongst the modern constituencies.
Sahil Gupta, Meena Jamwal, Neeru Sehgal, Swaran Singh, Parveen Anand, Avinash Anand, Dr Suresh Abrol, Ramesh Sharma, Rakesh Gupta, BL Tikku, Pawan Sawhney, Sahil Anand and several others were also present.
