BJP pays tribute to Nanaji Deshmukh

JAMMU, Oct 11: On his birth anniversary, the Jammu and Kashmir BJP, paid rich tribute to Nanaji Deshmukh a veteran party leader and an RSS ideologue at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, here, today.
The tribute paying programme was organized by Prof. Kulbushan Mohtra, In charge Nanaji Deshmukh Library and e-library, who presented a brief note on life of Nanaji.
Former Minister, Sat Sharma described Nanaji as an institution in himself, who set new ethics in public and political life. He said that his contribution in every field has been splendid and will keep inspiring the people for long times to come. He asked the party cadre to familiarise the people with principles and ideology of Nanaji.
BJP general secretary and former Minister, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, while paying tribute to this great ideologue, said that Nanaji Deshmukh was a great social reformer and politician, who also worked in the field of education, health and rural development. He said that Nanaji Deshmukh was associated with RSS from a very early age and continued to promote brotherhood, strengthen social fabric and played crucial role in JP movement and Boodhan movement.
National executive Member & former Minister Priya Sethi said that Nanaji Deshmukh devoted his whole life for the nation and the promotion of nationalist ideology. His views on different subjects carry significance even today.
Aseem Gupta, Munish Sharma, Arvind Gupta, Tilak Raj Gupta, Balbir Ram Rattan, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Dr. Parneesh Mahajan, Sunil Prajapati, and others also paid their tribute.
