KATHUA, July 19: BJP Scheduled Caste Morcha constituted it’s Kathua district body to strengthen the party on gross root level .
The SC Morcha State president Dr Devinder Manyal, MLA Samba was chief guest on the occasion and announced Karan Kumar as Kathua district president of SC Morcha. BJP district president Prem Nath Dogra was also present on the occasion.
Dr Manyal declared the other office bearer of the Morcha also. The BJP SC Morcha Kathua district announced here included the name of Karan Kumar as district president, Megga Chand as general secretary, Joginder Paul and Subash Chnader as secretary, Balbir Kumar , Dr Kewal Kumar , Rajinder Kumar and Ravinder Kumar as vice presidents.
Harbans Lal was nominated as Kathua district SC Morcha Mandal president, Manohar Lal for Hiranagar Mandal, Mohan Lal for Marheen, Harsh Kumar for Kathua . Bakhtawar Singh as Kathua Rural Mandal president, Derra as Lakhanpur and Inderjeet as Kathua Kandi Mandal president.
While addressing MLA Dr. Davinder Manyal said that the party is working for downtrodden people of the society and PM Modi has launched various development scheme for the upliftment of the poor people. He alleged that the past Government has befooled the poor people on the name of vote bank and did not works for the upliftment of poor people .
During the last 60 years the poor people and Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes were not given any thing except the poverty and injustice. He has asked the people to follow the policies of BJP which are for betterment of people of every section .He also listed various developmental scheme launched by the Government.
BJP district president Prem Nath Dogra also addressed the gathering.
