JAMMU, Sept 28: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has taken decisive disciplinary action by suspending three of its leaders for anti-party activities amid the ongoing elections. Amit Sharma, DDC Majalta; Prakshit Singh, DDC Jaganu; and Swan Singh Rathore, District Vice President of Udhampur, have been suspended following recommendations from the party’s Disciplinary Committee.
As per the party communiqué, the suspension order was issued by BJP State Working President for J&K-UT, Sat Sharma, who stated that the decision was based on recommendations from the Disciplinary Committee. Sharma emphasized that the leaders had previously been served a show cause notice regarding their actions, leading to their suspension.
