JAMMU, Feb 6: Warning the NC leaders to refrain from issuing anti-national statements, BJP State president and MLA, Jugal Kishore Sharma said that some of its leaders have lost their balance of mind.
Referring to Mustafa Kamaal’s statement that IB and Army are trying to meddle in the State politics and get the PoK seceded from Pakistan, he demanded action under law of land against Mustafa Kamaal and asked the Chief Minister to clear the stand of his party as Dr Kamaal is uncle of Chief Minister.
Mr Sharma said that NC leaders are in a habit of making controversial statements from time to time both inside and outside Assembly. He also referred the statement of Omar Abdullah in Assembly questioning the accession of J&K with India and took exception to CM’s repeated utterances against AFSPA.
Reminding Dr Kamaal and Omar Abdullah of the 1994 unanimous resolution of Parliament, Mr Sharma said that PoK is actually a part of India illegally occupied by Pakistan and the NC leader should also come forward to achieve the goal of taking PoK back and acceding it with J&K.
Sharma questioned the Congress leadership to make its stand clear on the anti national statements being made by the NC leaders including Dr Kamaal.
