BJP to highlight Kargil issues in Parliament: Naqvi

KARGIL, Aug 26: Bharatiya Janata Party’s All India Vice-President, Mukhtar Abass Naqvi along with leaders of State Unit of the party visited Kargil and addressed to a public rally in main bazaar.
He appealed the people particularly Muslim community to change the image of BJP as communal party from their minds as it’s the only party, which has given chance to the member from Minority Community like him to represent the minorities in Lok Sabha and Raj Sabha.
On the contrary, the secular Congress has not provided such opportunity to the minority community, he added.
“In the next election there is no scope for UPA and NDA will form the Government and all the sections of the community will be taken into consideration”, he said.
Lashing out at Congress for mass corruption during UPA Government, he said, “people of the country will not tolerate such a huge rise in inflation”.
He assured the people of Kargil that the issues like Zojjila tunnel, BSNL services and unemployment will be raised in the Parliament on priority basis.
Prof Jagdish Mukhi, State President of party Shamsher Singh, Regional Vice President Mohd Subhaan Jafari, District President Haji Khudam and other senior members of State Unit of party accompanied Naqvi, who also visited Islamia School and had a meeting with the Ullama Council of School. He announced Rs 5 lakh for the school.
