He highlighted that PM Narendra Modi has always prioritized the needs of the organization, ensuring his presence and support even during his busiest days. His commitment and dedication have been instrumental in the continuous development and growth of the party. Under the leadership of Amit Shah, when he served as the national president of the party, the BJP prioritized the Membership Programme.
Jasrotia observing the dedication of the Karyakartas and the immense support from the people for the Prime Minister and their commitment to the BJP, expressed confidence that the party will once again achieve the target of membership drive. There are over 1,500 small and large political parties in India, each operating in its unique style. However, the BJP is the only party that operates in strict accordance with the values embedded in our Constitution. Even after reaching 18 crore members, each party member must renew their membership every six years as mandated by Article 9 of the Constitution. With the current membership drive underway, members will once again renew their association with the party, and we anticipate surpassing the 10 crore membership mark.
