BJP will be thrown out of power for its anti-people policies: Cong

JAMMU, Mar 13: Senior Congress leader, Raman Bhalla has claimed that BJP will be thrown out of power by the people for its anti-people policies. He reiterated Party’s commitment to continue its fight against wrong and oppressive policies of BJP.
While interacting with prominent persons of Shankar Nagar Ward 49, Bahu constituency today, Congress leader asked the party leaders to gear up their activities in view of coming Lok Sabha elections.
He lashed out at both Centre and State Govt for disappointing people on various counts and said people are feeling suffocated under the present dispensation at Centre and yearning for change, which is going to happen in 2024, when BJP will be thrown out of power for adopting anti people policies, he added. He emphasized the Party workers to work for the betterment of the people, who have great expectations from the Congress Party given its sacrifices and selfless services.
Bhalla urged the Party workers to connect with the people at grass roots and seek their support for the Party, which is the only viable and strong political force which can fight for them whether in power or out of power. He said only Congress Party is capable enough to defeat divisive and anti-people policies of the BJP,
Referring to the challenges, he said though there has been a little damage to the Congress Party due to the defections by some leaders, but the Party would stand against the challenges, besides the anti-Congress policies adopted by the BJP Govt would not weaken our resolve to fight for the people’s rights and safeguarding their interests.
Some party leaders- Jatinder Singh, Kamal Singh, Neeraj Kumar and Shamsher Chand were also present on the occasion.
