Srinagar, Dec 26: BJP J&K General Secretary and in-charge for Kashmir Vibodh Gupta today said that the party has to reach every corner of the UT to make people aware about the historic blunders and injustice made by “Gupkar Gang”.
Vibodh was accorded a warm welcome by the workers during his first visit at the party headquarters (Srinagar) after BJP’s decisive victory in DDC election in the UT and winning of historic three seats in Kashmir.
He asserted that the party has a long way ahead and urged party workers to be prepared for the challenges.
“We have to spread out to every corner of the UT to make people aware of the historic blunders and injustice made by Gupkar Gang,” he said.
He said that that this is the end of dynastic rulers from J&K hitting at Abdullah-Mufti family.
“People have embraced BJP and lotus against the corrupt and pro-Pakistan Gupkar Gang; people of Kashmir are dancing in the tunes of Tiranga rejecting the deceiving agendas of National Congress, Congress and PDP,” he said.
Vibodh greeted part workers while acknowledging the warm welcome accorded to him. “This is a historic victory. After 70 years of sacrifices, lotus bloomed in Dal Lake. We have come a long way from celebrating the salvaging of election deposits to winning seats in the valley”, Gupta said.
BJP leaders present on the occasion were Arif Raja, Manzoor Bhat, Ashok Bhat, Bilal Parray, Salinder Singh, Akeel Ahmad and Khalid Bakall.
