JAMMU, July 16: Rakesh Mahajan, incharge All Cells, BJP J&K said that the constitution of all the 17 Cells of the party have been working in tandem with different sections of society to provide convenience to masses and develop a connect to strengthen the party at grassroot level.
The BJP leader was speaking during a tour to Akhnoor constituency in connection with taking an overview of the functioning of all 17 Cells of BJP J&K unit.
Ved Prakash Sharma, co-incharge, All Cells, Brijeshwar Rana Seh Prabhari Akhnoor, Jagdish Bhagat president, BJP Akhnoor, Col (retd) Gubaksh Singh, convener of Ex Servicemen Cell, Mukherjee Sharma convener of Education and Employees Cell, Rajesh Thappa convener of Legal Cell, Ashutosh Gupta convener of Transport Cell, Shiv Dev Singh convener of Panchayati Raj Cell, J.D Singh convener of Senior Citizens Cell, Brijeshwar Rana convener of Border & Security Cell and Balji Bhat, convener of Weaver Cell accompanied Rakesh Mahajan during the whirlwind tour of the constituency.
Rakesh Mahajan said that the main objective of this visit was to hold threadbare discussion about the organizational set-up of the party and keep an eye on the working of All Cells at the district level besides to take firsthand knowledge about the role these Cells were playing in the implementation of Government schemes at grassroot level.
