JAMMU, Jan 3: State BJYM led by its president Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra held a protest against NC and Congress MLAs for dishonouring National Anthem during Governor’s address in State Assembly yesterday.
BJYM activists assembled at Amphala Chowk in large numbers, and burnt the effigy of NC and Congress. BJYM activists led by its State President Dr. Magotra raised the slogans as “Rastriya Gaan Ka Apmaan Nahi Sahega Hindustan.”
Addressing the media persons Dr. Magotra said that, this type of highly undisciplined, irresponsible and antinational behaviour is very unfortunate by the representatives of the people in Assembly. All the representatives of these two parties in Assembly show their real character and ideology. All those people from the whole State who follow these two parties should feel regret about supporting these parties.. The incident is totally antinationalist and shows the real ideology of these two parties.
Dr. Magotra further said that, “Nation first” is the core issue of BJP, neither BJP compromises in this issue nor will allow someone to do this type of incident. He further said that, this shows the real frustration of opposition for the greed of Chair as neither they could deliver when they were in power nor they want others to deliver by indulging in these immoral activities.
Dr. Magotra expressed his surprise over the Congress who joined hands with NC, the leadership of which has extended its open support to Hurriyat Conference. He further said that, people of the State and particularly the youth should take a note of this incident and should protest against the incident on all the social media platforms so that these two parties should get some lesson for dishonouring our national anthem.
