JAMMU, May 22: State unit of BJYM held a demonstration at Kachi Chawni to protest against the scam tainted UPA Government and torched its effigy at Kachi Chawni Chowk.
Led by the BJYM, State president Ravinder Raina BJYM activists including State vice president Bharat Sharma, Sanjay Kumar, Karan Sharma, Vikas Sharma and others took out a procession from party headquarters. The processionists raising slogans against the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi held them responsible for rising corruption in the country.
Ravinder Raina in his address said UPA Government destroyed the country by plundering the national wealth and termed its rule worst than Britishers. The Ministers in UPA Government and their families are involved in neck deep corruption but they are being patronized by Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, he added.
