REASI, Mar 4: Ongoing membership drive of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) received a shot in the arm when hundreds of youth hailing from different parts of Reasi district joined the organization under the leadership of Arun Prabhat Singh its JKUT president during its “Yuva Jodo Sankalp Abhiyaan” at a function held at Bus Stand here, today.
They were welcomed into the party-fold by Arun Prabhat Singh, Ex-MLA Reasi, Ajay Nanda, district president, BJP Reasi, Sheel Magotra, Chairman Shashi Puri, Akhil Prashar, vice president and Prabhari Reasi district, Prabhat Singh district president, BJYM Reasi, Vijay Proch State secretary BJYM JKUT, Atul Sharma co-media secretary BJYM JKUT and other leaders of the Morcha.
Arun Prabhat Singh during his address lambasted on Opposition parties for their anti-youth policies in J&K and alleged that before 2014 Congress and others Opposition parties deceived the people of Jammu and Kashmir and deprived them of their basic rights. They always made policies for anti- national people who are working against the country. “But this trend change after PM Modi came into power and now there is a change in Jammu and Kashmir. Scores of policies launched by PM Modi gave proper due to both regions” he added.
Arun Prabhat pledged that Yuva Jodo Sankalp Abhiyan would make a new milestone to strengthen the party at gross root level and also aware the youth for welfare policies launched by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for J&K.
Arun added that BJYM will go up to every booth level to enroll youth from entire JKUT by making them aware of the massive developments of the Modi led BJP Government and especially the youth oriented schemes which will benefit them.
He also held a meeting with district office bearers where he discussed the local issues and future plans for strengthening BJP.
The tour of Reasi District was started with Padh Yatra from Zanana Park through Chowk Chabutra to Bus Stand Reasi.
