JAMMU, Oct 21: The people in various localities of Lower Muthi are facing a complete blackout for last 18 days due the failure of PDD authorities to replace the transformer in the area which developed a snag.
The localities which are affected due to burning down of transformer included Ganesh Vihar, Phase One and Two, Puran Colony and Ram Nagar Colony. Despite the repeated pleas of the people to authorities they failed to replace the transformer till date, the residents of area alleged.
