JAMMU, Apr 5: Medical and Surgical Traders Association (MSTA), Jammu, has strongly condemned the Himachal based company for supplying spurious drugs in the hospitals of the State and demanded the Government to blacklist the manufacturing company as well as the its dealer and register criminal case against the firm.
The meeting of the Association, which was held here in this concern, maintained that they made various representations to the concerned purchase committee to increase the turnover clause of Manufacturer from Rs 15 crore to Rs 30 crore so that spurious Manufacturer companies can not participate in the tenders, but the concerned department paid no heed to the issue raised by them.
Those who attended the meeting were Ashok Amla, Mohan Sharma, Vijay Tickoo, Sandeep Singh and Gokul Koul.
