JAMMU, Sept 29: 24×7 Emergency Blood Donors in collaboration with Tika Lal Taploo Foundation organized a blood donation camp on National Volunteer Blood Donation Day in the memory of Amar Shaheed Tika Lal Taploo at Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar (Jammu).
More than 10 young volunteers donated blood during the camp. In a statement, organizers of the camp namely Ashwani Bhat, Shobin Bhat and Naveen Bhat, said that the Foundation has been carrying out many social activities and blood donation camps for poor and needy people irrespective of caste, creed and colour since its inception.
Ashwani Bhat a notable social activist said that their organization is deeply engrossed in blood donation activities in order to save the precious lives of the people. He resolved to work more dedicatedly and vigorously for poor and needy people in future.
