JAMMU, Sept 11: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Social Welfare Department and Sangam Tru Art Production today presented 27th Friday Dogri musical concert on ‘Nasha Kola Bacho’ at Rehearsal Hall, Durga Bhawan Janipur, here.
The program was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, J&K Health Department, whereas VK Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, GoI and Dr Anju Kumari Dogra, Registrar SMGS Hospital Shalamar Jammu were guest of honours.
The artists staged musical concert on the topics including “Nasha Nai Kario Munde Kureio”, ” Bacho Bacho Tobacoo Kola Bacho”, “Nai Pee Shraban” and “Bari Kharab Chutki” along with Pahari songs to aware the masses. The songs were written by ML Dogra.
The chief guest highlighted the dangers of drug use and its illegal trade, while ML Dogra appealed the audience to put maximum efforts to make the J&K free from menace of drug addiction.
