JAMMU, Mar 4: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Unison Cultural Troupe and Sangam Tru Art Production presented musical play “Holi Rang Dari Deo” at open Air theatre, Durga Bhawan, Janipur.
The play was written, produced and directed by ML Dogra, former Regional Director, Song and Drama Division, Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and music was composed by renowned singer, Raju Bajgal.
The program was inaugurated by VK Magotra, former Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity, Government of India while Gulab Din, president, Cultural Forum, Dr Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, State Health Department, Romesh Chander, Event Director and JK Raina, Producer Director Films, were the guests of honor.
The programe commenced with song “Ho Mubarik Manjri Phoolon Bhari” , “Chali Barsane Khellen Ge Holi”, “Rang Dari Deo o Albelan Main”, “Meri Nath Ghari Deyan Shela Sunara Ve” sung by renowned artists Usha Handoo, Raju Bajgal, Rajni Gupta, Bodh Raj, Zulekha Farid, MC Kotwal, Hem Raj and KK Joshi.
The Holi dances with Radha and Krishan were also presented by the student of Music Institute.
The singers, musicians and actors who performed in the play were Usha Handoo, Raju Bajgal (Harmonium), Sant Das (Tabla), Bodh Raj, KK Joshi, Rajni Gupta, Neelam Gandotra, Kamli Devi, Hem Raj, Shivani Disgotra, Sunil Kumar, Deevam Jandiyal, Rakshit Sharma, Dhruv Pandit, Pooja Loach, Chahat Chadha, Simran, Samarth Gupta, Sanam Gupta, Bhuwan Pandit, Abhyud, Raj Veer, Rakesh Katoch, Ganshyam Yadav, Anantika Sharma, L-Danika, Bhumika Chib, Neelam Chib, Ayush Bhat, Manju Badyal, Sonia Badyal, Sunil Badyal, Sabha Majid, Rohie Khan, Rabia Salaria, Akhil Salalia, Yog Raj, Sunil Kumar, Mohd Afroz and Deepak Kumar.
