JAMMU, Dec 27: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in collaboration with ESRM and Unison Cultural Troupe presented its 30th musical play, “Madhunashni” in its office premises at Janipur.
The program was inaugurated by the VK Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, I&B Ministry, Government of India, who was the chief guest on the occasion.
Dr Anju Kumari Dogra, Directorate of Health, J&K Government and Ashish Gupta, Drugs Inspector, J&K Government, were the guests of honour.
The play revolves around ill effects of present day living styles of people which give birth to diabetes. Hypertension was special attraction of the program. The play was written and directed by ML Dogra, chairman, BLSKS and Romesh Chander, production director.
The play commenced with songs “Bacho Bacho Ayi Suger….”, “Laga Gran Sade Sehttu da Mela……..” which was composed by Raju Bajgal.
The renowned artists Usha Handoo, MC Kotwal, Hem Raj, Rajni Gupta, Shivani Disgotra, Hema Dalotra, Rahul Kumar, Harjinder Kour, Gurjeet Kour, Anu Pandita, Nitin Pandita, Rakshit Sharma, Sunil Kumar, Dhruv Pandit, Samarth Gupta, Sanam Gupta, Vandana Gupta, Anantika Sharma, Shival Kumar, Rakesh Katoch, L-Danika, Bhumika Chib, Devam Jandiyal, Rahul Wanchoo, Mohd Afroz, and program coordinator, Deepak Kumar participated in the play.
