BLSKS presents musical play ‘Sukhi Parivar’

JAMMU, Oct 22: To observe World Iodine Deficiency Day, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Mehak Dramatic Club, JK Bhoomi Human Welfare Society and Sangam Tru Art Production presented musical play “Sukhi Parivar” in its Saturday theatre series.
The play was written and directed by ML Dogra, renowned writer, producer and musical play director.
The play was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, Health Department and VK Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. JK Raina, Producer, Dr AC Bhagat, former Chief Officer Department of Animal Husbandry and Dr Anju Kumari Dogra from Directorate of Health were also present.
Earlier, the welcome address was presented by ML Dogra, Chairman, BLSKS, who also highlighted symptom and treatment of iodine deficiency.
The singers, actors and students, who performed in the play were MC Kotwal, General Secretary, BLSKS, Raju Bajgal, Rajni Gupta, Parul Sharma, Renu Saproo, Dhruv Pandit, Himika, Vansh Raina,  Priya, Rakshit Shrama, Deevam Jandiyal, Bhumika Chib, Neelam Chib, Mantosh  Beatha, Saksham, Vijay Raina, Arvin Tickoo, Rahul Kilam, Sunil Kumar, Daizy Bazaz, Rahul Pandita, Sonali Pandita and Jatinder Joshi.
In the end, Deepak Kumar presented vote of thanks.
