JAMMU, May 26: This Saturday, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) presented musical play “Nashe Kola Bacho” on the theme of “Drug Abuse” at open air theatre, Durga Bhawan, Janipur, Jammu.
The play was written and directed by ML Dogra, renowned writer and musical play director. The play commenced with specially prepared songs like “Nasha Nai Kario Munde Kureio”, “Bacho Bacho Tobacoo Kola Bacho”, “Nai Pee Shraban”, “Bari Kharab Chutki” and “Nahin Piya Tobacco Balma”. Besides, nukkad, skits and dances were presented to aware the masses. The music of the play was assisted by Master Raju Bajgal.
The singers, musician, actors and students of the music and computer institute who performed in the musical play were Samta Baiji, Raju Bajgal, Rajni Gupta, Renu Saproo, Dhruv Pandit, Bindiya Arora, Kuldeep Raj, Deevam Jandiyal, Vansh Raina, Megha Raina, Bhumika Chib, Neelam Chib, Sparsh Sharma, Rakshit Sharma, Ujwal Sharma, Maitali, Uttam Singh, Azeen, Mitali, Bindia Arora and Renu Saproo.
BLSKS is also organizing a one-week special campaign on ‘Drug Abuse’ in close association with Sangam Tru Art Production and National College of Computer Education, Janipur, Jammu. During the campaign, BLSKS will present total 7 programs at villages like Sohal, Pargwal, Jourian, Batada and Shalle of the Jammu district. The campaign will be concluded on May 31 on “No Tabacoo Day” at open air theatre, Durga Bhawan, Janipur, Jammu.
