JAMMU, June 25: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) presented musical play ‘Nashe Kola Bacho’ under its Monday Theatre series at open air theatre, Durga Bhawan, Janipur, Jammu.
The objective of the play was to protect the masses especially the vulnerable population i.e. adolescents from getting exploited by the menace of drug addiction by way of generating awareness.
The programme started with presentation of songs “Nasha Nai Kario Munde Kureio”, “Bacho Bacho Tobacoo Kola Bacho”, “Nai Pee Shraban”, “Bari Kharab Chutki” and “Nahin Piya Tobacco Balma”. Moreover, nukkad, skits and dances were presented to aware the masses.
The singers, musicians, actors and students of the music and computer institute who performed in the musical play were Usha Handoo, MC Kotwal, Rajni Gupta, Raju Bajgal, Kuldeep Raj, Dhruv Pandit, Bindiya Arora, Sunil Kumar, Deevam Jandiyal, Vansh Raina, Megha Raina, Bhumika Chib, Sawan Koul, Azen Ali, Shiv Kumar, Uttam Singh, Sumeta Bhat, Diksha Jamwal and many others.
