JAMMU, Sept 14: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Sangam Tru Art Production & National College of Computer Education today staged Dogri Musical Play ‘Nache Kola Bacho’.
The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest V.K Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity.
Among the guests of honour were Dr. Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, Health Department; Dr. Anju Kumari Dogra from Directorate of Health and Dr. Anupriya Sharma, President Medical Cell.
Nukkad skits, songs and dances were presented to aware the masses on harms of addiction.
Speaking on the occasion the chief guest highlighted the dangers of drug use and illegal trade of drugs.
Welcome speech was given by M.L Dogra, Chairman BLSKS who said that drug use may damage nerve cells, and can also increase the risk of contracting infections.
Dr. Anju Kumari, K.K Joshi, Vice Chairman BLSKS also spoke on the occasion.
Artists who performed in the play were Kuldeep Raj, Dhruv Pandit, Chahat Chadha, Deevam Jandiyal, Rakshit Sharma, Renu Saproo, Ujwal Sharma, Vansh Raina, Heena Khan, Tilak Raj, Mohd. Afroz, Mahi and Sunil Kumar.
