JAMMU, Dec 27: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Social Welfare Department of J&K Government and Sangam Tru Art Production presented mega cultural programme on Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan at open air theatre in Janipur and staged musical play ‘Nasha Kola Bacho’.
A pledge was also taken by more than 50 students, teachers and prominent citizens which was administered by M.C Kotwal, secretary BLSKS.
The programme was inaugurated by chief guest V.K Magotra, Former Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity while Dr. Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director J&K Health Department was guest of honour.
Artist of BLSKS presented theme based songs written by Dr. M.L Dogra and the music was assisted by Raju Bajgal, Music Instructor of BLSKS.
Welcome address was given by Dr. M.L Dogra, chairman BLSKS. Singers, musician and actors who performed were Chahat Chadha, Rahul Kumar, Rudarpartap Singh, Kajal Sawhney, Raja, Taniya Gupta, Sakshi Kumari, Sanjeev Kumar Sodhi, Ramu, Ujawal Sharma and many others.
