JAMMU, Sept 8: Bharat Mukti Morcha (BMM) has leveled allegations against the Congress Party as well as BJP saying that both these parties are hand in glove with each other to defeat the purpose of giving Reservation benefits in promotions to SCs, STs and OBCs.
Addressing the media during a press conference, State president, BMM, Advocate Ashok Kumar Basotra said that both these parties had hatched a conspiracy not to allow the Parliament to function to prevent the passing of Promotion Quota Bill.
He said that BMM supported the Bill for reservation in promotion for SC/ST employees and demanded that said reservation in promotion be given to OBCs also, as they are also least represented in the administration.
