JAMMU, Jan 2: The body of one of two men who drowned last evening in Tawi River at Sandwa area of city outskirts, was recovered today from Pounichak area.
While the body of Mukesh of Raipur Jagir was recovered last evening, the body of Devinder Singh of Bhadrore was recovered this afternoon after hectic search by SDRF team along with local divers.
He said after postmortem, both the bodies were today handed over to their legal heirs for last rites while Domana police has already taken cognizance of the matter.
