Srinagar, Aug 11: A teenage boy who had drowned in Jhelum River on August 8 was fished out today from north Kashmir’s Shadipora area of Bandipora district.
A police official said that body of Ikhlaq Ahmad Gojri, a class 9 student, was fished by army’s Marine Commandos. He said the police were assisting the army.
After completing legal formalities, the body was handed over to his family, the official added.
